Job Description
Role Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients and achieving quarterly sales KPIs, derived from the annual sales target, for Artotec's printing and packaging solutions. This role carries direct ownership of sales performance and revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, approaching, and closing B2B clients across FMCG, manufacturing, retail, and related industries
- Own and achieve quarterly and monthly sales KPIs by breaking down the annual sales target into actionable execution plans
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow
- Manage and grow key client accounts to increase repeat business and account expansion
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations within approved margins
