Sales & Business Development Executive

BSA Global is looking for a Russian- or Ukrainian-speaking Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai.

We are open to candidates with backgrounds in:

• International Trade
• Direct logistics experience (advantage, but we can train)

• Develop new B2B partnerships across UAE and CIS markets
• Work with importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and e-commerce companies
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Drive business growth in an international environment

• Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian
• Experience in B2B sales and business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset and proactive approach
• Experience in international business, import/export, or logistics is a plus
