Sales Associate & Windshield Repair Technician (North Bay)

Summary

As a Site Operator with DECO you will communicate with customers, repair windshield damage, sell repair plans, and service existing plan customers—all while providing a memorable experience. You’ll be outside all day, independently running your own kiosk while still being part of a team.

Requirements

• Excellent people and verbal skills; willing to engage with customers
• Sales experience preferred
• Driven, motivated, and independent
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Access to a vehicle (required)

Compensation

Base wage: $17.60–$28.00+ per hour with a competitive commission structure based on individual sales. Additional rewards may include bonuses, tips, and region‑specific events such as the Calgary Stampede and Mexico Trip.

Job Types: Full time, Part‑time, Internship/Co‑op.

Location: In person (Canada, specifically North Bay for the 2026 season).
