Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for the brand’s values and vision
• Deliver in‑store services with confidence (e.g., engraving and aftercare)
• Comply with company policies and procedures at all times
• Follow guidelines to efficiently handle concession tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Maintain exceptional personal grooming and presentation
• Support the management team with operational tasks such as stock takes, visual merchandising, and stock deliveries
