THE ROLE: As the Sales Associate you will work alongside and learn from experienced salespeople, conducting product demonstrations and providing support to clinical end users, often during surgical procedures where the products are used. The company is an international manufacturer of electrosurgery generators, surgical instruments, diathermy equipment and smoke evacuation systems. The company has a promote from within policy where the first 12 months focuses on your training, building product and market knowledge, before promoting you into a territory sales management role.
