- Support the sales team in handling inquiries and coordinating bookings for Japanese customers.
- Arrange golf-related services, including golf course reservations, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, restaurant bookings, club and shoe rentals, and tournament/competition arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle after-sales support and respond to customer requests or issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with golf clubs, golf stores, and business partners regarding consignment products and sales performance.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.
- Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, reports, and other related documents.
- Update customer and sales records accurately in the system.
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
