Sales Assistant

Overview

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB.
Responsible for maximising retail sales and building strong relationships with customers and team/ colleagues at Diptyque. As a key Brand Ambassador, ensure Diptyque' s positioning as a true luxury brand.

REPORTS TO: Store Manager

Location: Bond Street

Key Qualities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of the brand, products, and storytelling and aligned with the brand values.
• Be a good speaker. Must feel confident to speak for 45 minutes and encourage and answer questions
• A sense of hospitality: Smiling and generous with others, engaging and professional.
• Time management skills, able to guide discussion without rushing.
