About this role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Guildford. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge.
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets.
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations.
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas.
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not essential; however, customer service and retail experience would be preferable.
• Full training will be given for the role.
