We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer who will lead client acquisition, relationship building, and campaign execution for our wedding, debut, and special events photo & video production services.This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and passionate about helping clients create unforgettable moments.

SALES

• Handle inquiries across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Email).
• Communicate packages clearly and match clients to the right services.
• Follow up warm leads and convert them into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, coordinators, and event planners.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and client proposals.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and track closing rates.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure client expectations are clear.
