Sales and Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Modernvet’s revenue growth, market expansion, and brand presence by leading both the sales and marketing functions in an integrated way.

This role owns the full client journey from awareness and lead generation through to conversion, closing, and retention, ensuring marketing investment translates into measurable sales results.

The Sales & Marketing Manager also owns partnership and channel development strategy, and ensures all sales and marketing initiatives from digital campaigns and local activations to direct sales efforts are aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.

As a people leader, this role coaches and develops both the sales and marketing teams while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships with the medical, operations, and commercial teams.
