• At least 18 years old
• Graduate of Senior High School or High School (Old Curriculum)
• Willing and excited to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal
• Open to a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts
• Has a valid NBI Clearance (Applicants with NBI will be prioritized!)

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent English communication—spoken and written
• Great with people and a natural problem‑solver
• Proficient in MS Office and web applications
• Fast and accurate typing, sharp comprehension, and top multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast‑paced support environment
• Previous BPO experience is a plus—but not required!
