Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction & Sales:Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and brand- consistent manner. Clearly explain promotions, offers, and financing options (including installment plans). Provide accurate, tailored product explanations that highlight key features and benefits. Arrange virtual product demonstrations via the Digital Ambassador team. Share relevant product links, specifications, and promotional details. Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
2. Service Promotion & Data Analysis Promote value-added services (e.g., wall-mount installation, haul-away service, trade-up programs). Track service adoption rates by country and product category to evaluate their effectiveness as Reasons to Buy (RTB). Monitor installment plan usage patterns by region, product type, and term length to assess purchasing behavior.
