Do you have new homes sales experience? Have you worked with a Developer or an Estate Agent selling new homes?

We are working with a reputable House Builder who have sites in and around Scarborough.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to promote our range of new build homes and support buyers through every step of their journey, from initial enquiry through to exchange.

You will:

Develop strong product knowledge across the development

Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

Progress reservations through to exchange in a timely manner

Maintain regular contact with purchasers, keeping them informed at every stage

Conduct pre-completion inspections alongside the site team
