Sales Adviser

Jewson, part of Stark UK, is looking for a Sales Advisor to join the team at our Truro branch.

Hours of Work

This is a part‑time role: Monday‑Friday 08:00‑13:00 and every other Saturday 08:00‑12:00.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and provide quick and efficient service.
• Ask open questions to build strong relationships and understand customers’ current and future requirements.
• Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter and shop floor.
• Operate machinery safely and carry out key operational activities such as offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles.
• Work externally in the Yard and inside the Warehouse.
• Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin and service.
• Continually develop your knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs.
