The Santam Direct Call Centre is currently recruiting Sales Adviser - Smart SME with both Commercial and Personal Lines experience.

The successful candidates offer world class products and services to clients by identifying client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions to meet the specific customer requirements, whilst achieving sales targets in a call centre environment.

The successful candidates will be based in Cape Town . What will make you successful in this role? Consistently achieving sales target and contributing to the overall success of our Direct Sales team. Adherence to Quality Assurance processes (Compliance with all relevant internal and external rules e.g. TCF). CPA and internal Sales processes. Offering outstanding customer experience.
