Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry in our systems
  • Collaboration with other Regional office to complete full of ordering procedure
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate the timely delivery of products
  • Handle overseas customer inquiries and provide excellent client service
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports in excel format
  • Manage ERP (Epicor) system create PO, quotation and order documentation
  • Assist with other general office duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
