Job Description
Job Duties:
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry in our systems
- Collaboration with other Regional office to complete full of ordering procedure
- Coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate the timely delivery of products
- Handle overseas customer inquiries and provide excellent client service
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports in excel format
- Manage ERP (Epicor) system create PO, quotation and order documentation
- Assist with other general office duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
