Job Description

Location: Shanghai

Report to: Sales Director, China
Role Purpose

This role will not only the personal assistant to market leader, but also fully support to manage sales admin work, office admin work, employee engagement activities and support EHS related work coordination.
What you will be doing in this role
Coordinate and prioritize market leader’s schedule and maintain calendar appointments, arrange meetings and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements.

Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, consolidate PPTs, reserve and prepare facilities and record minutes of meetings.

Support sales team travel request including flight and accommodation booking etc.

Verify and coordinate sales related contract approval per approving metrics, track sales activities per request (e.g. FS customer visit data).
