ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update, compile, control and monitor the Customer Product BOM (Bill of Material), drawing and specification.
• Assists Sales Support during the Quotation stage by preparing the proposal and tender documents.
• Assists Sales Support to trigger the production Job Launch.
• Compilation and submission of Pre-Production Documentations.
• Assists Sales Support to update Customer purchase order and Delivery Schedule.
• Compilation and submission of Concession/NC documents to customer.
• Compilation and submission of Final Product Documentation to Customer.
• Control in Filing System Management.
• Other task that delegated by Superior.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• A-Level, ITE or Diploma in Engineering/Business or equivalent.
