Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Sales & Admin Executive to support our sales and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately
- Handle and follow up with customers on orders and enquiries
- Liaise with customers regarding sales, delivery, and documentation
- Maintain good relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- Assist with basic social media-related tasks when required
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales support or administrative work is an advantage
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Familiar with invoicing and office administration
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
