You'll be supporting the sales team and helping things run smoothly day-to-day: Reply to customer enquiries via email / phone / online platforms
Prepare quotations (we'll guide you - you'll learn pricing + discount structures)
Share product information with customers
Maintain and update pricelists
Process sales orders and prepare invoices
Liaise with suppliers on pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with logistics team for order delivery + stock status
Support projects and help follow up timelines / coordination work
