Sales Admin (Entry Level) 5 Days - RPAL

Our client is a Marine and Offshore Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Admin to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Location: Penjuru Lane
• Transportation Provided (Bishan/ Serangoon/ Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East)

• Manage the shared mailbox and prioritize urgent email and fax requests in a timely manner.
• Issue Delivery Orders (DOs) and cash invoices accurately and promptly.
• Monitor outstanding or pending enquiries and follow up with third‑party vendors on product‑related matters.
• Verify Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy , including pricing, stock availability, terms, and shipping conditions.
