Sales Admin Coordiantor We are a growing cleaning services company looking for a reliable and proactiveSales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. If you enjoycoordinating schedules, working with clients, and keeping things organized in afast-paced environment, this role is for you. What You'll Do Prepare quotations, invoices Coordinate cleaning schedules Reply and follow up with clients on inquiries, bookings, and service requests Support sales team with leads Maintain customer records Handle urgent job requests (e.g. ad-hoc or last-minute cleaning) Liaise with operations and finance teams for smooth service delivery Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards What We're Looking For 1-3 years of admin / sales coordination experience (service industry preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word) Responsible, organized, and responsive
