Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities - Assist in qualifying leads and gathering basic technical requirements for electrical and mechanical projects - Conduct initial customer engagement to understand needs and project scope - Prepare quotations, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and basic technical proposals using standard templates - Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to verify specifications, pricing, and project timelines - Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system - Organize and manage technical and commercial documentation (drawings, datasheets, proposals, contracts) - Support tender submissions and ensure compliance with documentation requirements - Liaise with Accounts to provide necessary documents (POs, DOs, approvals) for invoicing and payment tracking - Assist in order processing and ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
