Sale Engineer (Chemical/Plastic)

Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Ho Chi Minh City/ Ha Noi

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the manufacturing sector.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and new orders.
• Provide technical consultation on plastic products, chemicals, and raw materials in accordance with customers technical and production requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
• Monitor order execution and support the resolution of any issues arising during the order fulfillment process.
• Collect and update information on market trends, customers, and competitors, and report to direct management.
