Salaried GP

Swanpool Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for a salaried GP to join our friendly, hardworking and patient‑focused practice in Tipton, Black Country. We are a large practice with an ethos that focusses on high quality patient care with a holistic approach to improving the health needs of our local community.

Responsibilities

Provide face‑to‑face consultations, telephone triage, duty doctor, attend pathology lab, use DocMan, manage prescriptions and queries on a day‑to‑day basis. Perform all normal GP duties, make professional and autonomous clinical decisions, and fulfil responsibilities associated with primary care practice while adhering to the GMS contract and GMC standards. Contribute to effective practice management, lead by example, maintain a positive collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team, and support further development in lead roles, specialty interests and progression.
