Salaried GP

An opportunity has arisen for a GP to work 3.25 or 4 sessions per week on a permanent basis.

You will benefit from 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave pro-rata. We also offer in house educational sessions as well as monthly PLTs (Protected Learning Time) sessions.

Main duties of the job

- Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care within the practice.

- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, HCA's, mental health practitioners, and social prescribers, to ensure integrated patient care.

- Conduct consultations, assessments, and follow‑ups with patients.

- Contribute to the management of chronic disease, health promotion, and disease prevention in line with best practices.

- Participate in clinical audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care within the Practice.

- Triage patients via a total triage model.
