Overview

Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialue Eloisa hires three registered nurses for a permanent position in the General Medicine Department in Mikkeli. The position starts on 17 August 2026 or as otherwise agreed. Interviews will begin during week 32.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during assigned shifts on the General Medicine Department.
• Participate in medication management for patients.
• Collaborate with other professional groups to maintain ward readiness.
• Work within a three‑shift rotation and use the autonomous shift‑planning system, which allows flexibility and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse degree or an equivalent diploma, with licensing under the Health Care Personnel Act (559/94).
• Proficiency in Finnish, both oral and written, to perform the duties effectively.
• Required vaccination protection according to Infectious Disease Law §48.
