Role Description This is a full-time, Sage Cloud Accounting Implementation Specialist role based in Port Elizabeth.

The specialist will configure, implement, and optimize Sage Cloud Accounting solutions for new and existing clients, including setup of chart of accounts, user roles, and integrations.

Daily responsibilities include gathering client requirements, mapping current financial processes, and translating them into Sage configurations and workflows.

The role involves migrating financial data, testing system accuracy, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth go-live and ongoing stability.

The specialist will deliver end-user training, develop clear documentation and user guides, and provide post-implementation support.
