BAE Systems site in San Diego, CA is looking for a Safety Technician III for 1st shift. As a Safety Tech III, you will perform daily inspections, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

As a Safety Tech III, you will:

+ Conduct daily inspections of work areas, including vessels, piers, and buildings

+ Document inspections and communicate safety findings to subcontractors and customers

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and customer requirements

+ Identify and correct potential hazards and infractions

+ Focus on areas such as life and safety codes, personal protective equipment, and fire prevention
+ Independently performs housekeeping walkthroughs and sends out daily reportss.
