Job Description
Your Role
As a Safety Supervisor with us, you'll work with local facility leaders and team members to provide training, investigation and program management of local safety programs and standard operating procedures that incorporate lean manufacturing standards with zero injuries and zero waste. You'll assist in the training of new team members to safely perform tasks, investigate accidents/injuries to determine root cause and implement preventative measures and assists with modified duty assignments and return to work. You may lead projects that support both Lean and Safety initiatives and assist in ISO certifications
