The Safety Specialist oversees all safety-related needs on assigned projects and ensures that every team member onsite is prepared to work safely and follows established safety protocols and procedures. This role actively engages with field teams, collaborates with the client and the Territory Safety Lead, and helps ensure that safety program goals are met and exceeded through consistent monitoring, coaching, and accurate reporting.

+ Review all work activities on site during assigned shifts to promote safe work practices and ensure appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Engage craft and field personnel regularly to reinforce safety expectations and influence positive behavioral change.
+ Hold team members accountable for following safety protocols and procedures, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions promptly and professionally.
