Safety & Quality Manager

Role Details

Reporting into the Recycling leadership team, this role leads health, safety, environmental and quality performance across the Recycling Division.
You’ll oversee ISO compliance, quality assurance, incident management and risk reduction across Victoria, South Australia and New Zealand, with periodic site visits every 2–3 months.
Partnering closely with operations, you will drive consistent standards, resolve quality issues, improve stock and spoilage outcomes, and strengthen Visy’s commitment to safe and sustainable operations.

What You Will Bring

• HSEQ experience within manufacturing or related sectors
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, SPC and WHS regulations (ISO 4801 / 45001)
• Proven auditing experience and the ability to influence and coach site teams
• Certifications in WHS, Risk Assessment, Document Control (HACCP & Lean Six Sigma desirable)
