Safety Officer

1. Position Purpose

To ensure effective implementation of industrial safety practices, statutory compliance, and accident prevention programs in accordance with the Factories Act, 1948 and Gujarat Factories Rules, 1963. The Safety Officer will monitor workplace hazards, ensure safe work practices, and promote a safety culture to minimize accidents and occupational risks.

2. Statutory Responsibilities

The Safety Officer shall advise and assist the Factory Manager in fulfilling obligations concerning workplace safety and accident prevention.

Safety Policy Implementation

• Assist management in the formulation and implementation of safety policies and procedures .
• Ensure compliance with provisions of the Factories Act and Gujarat Factory Rules .
