Safety Officer

Position Summary

We are looking for a Safety Officer who will be responsible for promoting a safe and compliant workplace by monitoring risks, conducting inspections, enforcing safety standards, and supporting employee health and safety programs across plant operations.

This role will work closely with employees and management to strengthen workplace safety culture, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure emergency preparedness across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Workplace Safety & Compliance

• Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments across plant operations
• Monitor compliance with company safety policies and government regulations
• Investigate incidents, unsafe acts, and near misses, then recommend corrective actions
