This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact across multiple operational sites, championing a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
As a key member of the team, you will take ownership of workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and promoting best-practice safety standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reporting of incidents, near misses and hazards.
- Review SWMS, JSAs and chemical safety assessments.
- Perform daily safety walks, inspections, and PPE compliance checks
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate incident records and liaise with WHSQ for notifiable incidents.
