Safety Manager (LNG HSE)

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the project or facility Health, Safety, Security, and Environment management system. Ensure all site activities comply with company HSE policies, applicable Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and recognised industry practices. Develop and maintain project HSE plans, procedures, risk registers, emergency response plans, inspection programmes, and safety campaigns. Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, toolbox meetings, permit-to-work reviews, and control-of-work assurance activities. Conduct regular site inspections, behavioural safety observations, compliance audits, and contractor HSE performance reviews. Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and environmental events, including root-cause analysis and corrective-action follow-up.
