Safety Manager - Concrete

JOB SUMMARY

The Safety Manager - Concrete serves as an embedded safety leader within Pankow’s self-perform concrete operations. This role partners directly with Concrete Operations leadership, Superintendents, and craft professionals to strengthen planning, improve execution, and advance Pankow’s Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) culture.

This position supports multiple concurrent concrete projects including buildings, parking structures, elevated decks, slabs-on-grade, foundations, and structural frames with a primary focus on Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention, proactive risk/injury management, and continuous operational improvement.

The Safety Manager functions as a field-based facilitator and trusted operational partner, integrating safety into production planning rather than operating solely as a compliance resource.
