Safety Manager – Heavy Civil Construction
 📍 Lehigh Valley, PA

We are hiring a Safety Manager to oversee safety programs on active heavy civil construction sites throughout the Lehigh Valley. This is a field-focused role supporting crews, superintendents, and project teams.

Responsibilities
Enforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance

Perform site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments

Lead toolbox talks and safety orientations

Investigate incidents and maintain safety documentation

Work directly with field leadership to mitigate risks
Requirements
5+ years safety experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction

Strong OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 required)

Hands-on jobsite experience

Valid driver’s license
