What does the job look like?

This role provides hands-on Safety, Health and Wellbeing support across multiple operational sites, partnering closely with site teams to reduce risk and strengthen safety culture. You will play a key role in driving practical safety outcomes through engagement, coaching, and site-based support. Key areas:
Support operational teams to embed Safety, Health and Wellbeing practices across daily site activities 

Analyse safety data to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies 

Plan and deliver SHW campaigns to drive engagement and behavioural change 

Coordinate risk assessments, Safe Work Procedures and committee meetings to maintain safe operations

Support sites in audit preparation and ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements
