Safety & Health Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain OSH policies, procedures, and office/site safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, identify hazards, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in investigations and maintain safety records.
• Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox briefings, and training sessions for staff and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with OSH legislation, company policies, and project-specific requirements.
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, inspection checklists, and committee records.
• Conduct site inspections to identify environmental risks and ensure mitigation measures are applied.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements
