The Safety Coordinator/Recruiter plays a crucial role in fostering a safe and healthy work environment by implementing comprehensive safety programs, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position also supports employee safety training and takes charge of recruiting and onboarding new drivers, collaborating closely with management and various teams to minimize workplace risks and promote best practices in safety.
