Safety Coordinator - Utility Scale Solar Project

**Job Title: Safety Coordinator (El Patrimonio)**

**Project Location is San Antonio, TX.**

**Overview:**

We’re seeking a Safety Coordinator to support utility-scale solar construction projects, with a focus on low and medium voltage electrical work. This role partners closely with field leadership to drive safety initiatives, ensure OSHA compliance, and promote a strong, proactive safety culture across multiple job sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee safety practices on utility-scale solar construction projects
+ Partner with site leadership and foremen to identify hazards and implement safety controls
+ Conduct daily safety planning meetings and support Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
+ Perform field audits, inspections, and observe crews for compliance
+ Enforce PPE requirements and safe work practices
