A client of Insight Global is seeking a Safety Coordinator to sit fully onsite in Sterling, VA. The Site Safety Coordinator supports Crew Foremen and General Foremen in developing Job Hazard Analyses to ensure OSHA compliance. This entry-level role is focused on delivering world-class customer experience and quality, and plays a key part in building trusted relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Training & Awareness: Assist in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Incident Reporting: Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of workplace, equipment, and facilities.
• Emergency Response: Help develop emergency plans and assist during drills.
