Safety Coordinator

About the role

As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in accordance with corporate guidelines and current legal regulations. Your goal will be to ensure a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment, leading continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a preventive culture throughout the plant.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulations related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and industrial safety (ATEX, SEVESO, etc.). Manage environmental permits (air, waste, wastewater). Monitor legislative changes and adapt them to the plant.
• Define the EHS strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Develop and maintain EHS management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Manage documentation, including the preparation of procedures. Lead internal and external audits. Identify non-conformities and define correcti...
