Primary Responsibilities

FMCSA Safety Monitoring

• Monitor FMCSA BASIC scores, measures, and compliance trends.
• Assist in implementing corrective action plans to improve safety performance.
• Review driver CSA performance through compliance monitoring platforms.
• Identify opportunities for driver coaching, retraining, and performance improvement.
• Support initiatives designed to reduce violations and improve compliance metrics.

Hours of Service (HOS)

• Monitor Hours of Service compliance and violation trends.
• Review HOS alerts and exceptions.
• Conduct driver coaching related to HOS compliance.
• Assist drivers and operations with compliance-related questions.
• Support training efforts focused on proper logbook and ELD usage.
