Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our team at a Prefab facility in Brandywine, MD. The ideal candidate will facilitate a work environment that promotes a safe and healthy culture, helping to create and maintain a behavior-driven safety program.
Responsibilities

+ Facilitate a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture.

+ Monitor, correct, and educate the workforce on workplace health and safety issues.

+ Conduct worker training on safety laws, hazardous conditions, equipment use, material handling, and PPE.

+ Conduct and coordinate housekeeping inspections and safety audits with a focus on hazard recognition, unsafe behaviors, and OSHA compliance.

+ Document and communicate inspection results to site supervision and recommend solutions to hazardous conditions.
