**Job Title: Safety Coordinator**

**Job Description**

The Safety Coordinator will serve as a high-visibility, field-based safety presence, spending approximately 90% of their time in the field interacting directly with trades. This role is hands-on and focused on preventing incidents through presence, intervention, and communication. The Safety Coordinator is expected to actively identify unsafe behaviors, stop work when necessary, and coach crews in real time to ensure compliance with site safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Promote a culture of safety with a strong on-site presence.
+ Engage directly with multiple trades to reinforce safety expectations.
+ Identify, intervene, and correct unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
+ Conduct daily safety walks and field observations.
+ Support the Safety Coordinator with incident prevention and documentation.
