Job Description

The Didipio mine is located on Luzon Island in the Philippines and is the Company’s only asset that produces both gold and copper. Didipio was built by OceanaGold in 2013 and operates fully as an underground mine, with over 800 employees that support the mine.

This role is vital in providing safety leadership, mentoring, support and development for the Didipio OHS Manager and OHS leadership team. It involves applying tier‑1 industry safety leadership experience and practices to ensure sitewide achievement of consistent and effective implementation of the OceanaGold Safety Management Systems and initiatives.
