We are seeking a committed and highly organised Safeguarding Facilitator to join the Filey & Scarborough Healthier Communities Network (FSHCN).

This is a pivotal role supporting safeguarding activity across member practices, ensuring that safeguarding concerns for children, young people, and adults at risk are managed promptly, accurately and in line with statutory guidance and best practice.

You will play a key role in coordinating safeguarding processes, supporting multi‑agency communication, and contributing to a strong safeguarding culture across our services.

You will:

• Receive, process and quality‑check safeguarding concerns, ensuring accurate and timely escalation
• Maintain safeguarding records, databases and reporting systems to support monitoring and audit
