Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Safe Haven Weekend Team Lead to supervise and support a small team of Mental Health Crisis Support Workers within our Safe Haven Service: our out‑of‑hours support service for those experiencing a mental health crisis.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Permanent role
• Location: High Wycombe – with occasional travel required to Aylesbury.
• Salary: £29,500 FTE plus enhanced hours payment of 30% on top of normal hourly rate for hours worked between 11pm-12am. This calculates as an actual payment of £10,843.24 including the enhanced hours based on the hours below.
• Hours: 13hrs – Friday and Saturday 6pm – 12am, and 2 hrs admin time preferably on a Tuesday morning.
